Comercor Group LLC is a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) founded in San Antonio, TX as part of an expansion effort in LED lighting that started in 2004. Since then, the company partners have helped multiple types of customers, from small businesses to Fortune 500 corporations, to achieve and surpass their energy saving goals.
Our main focus is to supply energy efficient lighting to exiting buildings for retrofitting. We take out all your old blurry lights and install high efficient, bright, and comfortable new ones, saving you a lot of money in the process.
Our services and products can either be implemented through a traditional buy and installation process or through an energy performance agreement based on the savings provided by the retrofit project. Comercor, using third financial parties, supplies and installs all the equipment up front, then the user/customer make monthly payments based on the money savings provide by the retrofitting project, also keeping part of the money saved for him self.
e.g. You use to pay $1000.00 a month on your lighting energy bill, after our Comercor retrofit, you now only have to pay $400.00, the difference ($600.00) is split 10/90 among you and the financial party. So in the end you get 10% or more on the savings back to your yearly budget and a much better lighting system that is: new, up to code, more safe for your employees and provides great light making your warehouse, office, retail floor and merchandise look more appealing. This is not even mentioning the great environmental benefits your helping to achieve.
